Prof. Laura Kramer
Laura is an associate Professor of Veterinary Parasitology and Parasitic Diseases, University of Parma Veterinary School, Parma Italy. Her specific field of research is vector-borne diseases in dogs and cats, and she has studied Dirofilaria immitis, the heartworm agent, for several years. Laura is a founding member of the European Society for Dirofilariosis and Angiostrongylosis (ESDA) and from 2018-present is the President of the European Board for Veterinary Specialization.
